Nakakamatay bang Mag Gym ng Puyat?
nagising ako sa alarm ng cellphone ko. 6am. kaya ang unang tanong na pumasok sa utak ko ngaung araw na ito, "To snooze or not to snooze?"
anong oras nga ba ako nakatulog kagabi... natapos ko ung dragonball sa animax, that is 0030H to 0100H. nagbungkal ng makakain sa kusina. nyay, mga 2am na me natulog.
4 hours sleep. hindi pa ako nakapaggym kahapon. waaahhh. kuha ng damit, face towel. pera. takbo. gym. then pump some iron. my body doesn't look good yet. but its getting there albeit slowly.
look good? who said your doing it to look good? its for fitness, a healthy lifestyle.
don't kid yourself. ur just vain. you like being liked, being admired. hekhekhek.
pump pump pump. masyado na yata akong puyat. i'm hearing strange voices. pump pump pump. opps, 7am na, gotta run back home, papasok pa sa office.

waahhh!! 1815H pa lang? dragging na ko. gusto ko nang matulog. hhohhuumm. antok na ko to the max. mahirap magkaron ng masipag na boss, kailangan mong sabayang mag overtime. whew!
nga pla, magpapa-facial pa ko.
hekhekhek, sabi ko na nga ba, vanity is my favorite sin.
huh? i really need to sleep. may date pa ko bukas.

Yes... if you accidentally dose off while lifting... and drop the weight on yourself. =P
nyahaha. ewan ko kung makaka dose off ka while lifting, hehehe. driving oo, pero lifting? hhhmm, para ka na ring nagswimming ng puyat, hehehe.
